Anderson Brooms is the Manager of the GIS program for the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. Prior to joining the Alabama 9-1-1- Board, Mr. Brooms served as a Senior GIS Analyst for the City of Montgomery, Alabama. Mr. Brooms has worked in the GIS industry in state and local government as well as in the private sector. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics from Troy State University and a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University.
