Tim Webb is the Executive Director of the Winston County E 9-1-1 Communications District, home of the nation’s first 9-1-1 call. Prior to joining Winston County 9-1-1 Mr. Webb served as Location Engineer for the 2nd Division of the Alabama Department of Transportation. Mr. Webb attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is a licensed professional land surveyor in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. He has served on the AAND board for seven consecutive terms and is the past president of the northwest Alabama 9-1-1 District group. He and his wife, Rebecca, have two children, Andrew and Whitney.
