Jeremy Williams has been the Director of the 911 Center in Geneva County since 2013. He started in public safety 22 years ago when he joined the local EMS service in Opp, Alabama at the age of 17 through their explorer program. In 2001, he was employed as a Emergency Medical Dispatcher at Covington County 911 where he worked for 12 years before becoming the 911 Director for Geneva County. Jeremy is the Montgomery LATA representative for the Alabama Chapter of the National Number Association (NENA) and is a Certified Emergency Communications Administrator since completing the Associations of County Commissions of Alabama two year training. He has served on the Board of Directors for Wiregrass Hospital and Nursing Home in Geneva since his appointment by the Geneva County Commission in 2015. Jeremy and his wife, Jessica, have two daughters; Sydnee and Sierra.
