The Alabama 9-1-1 Board is seeking proposals to qualify one or more vendors of Hosted Call Handling/Call Processing Equipment (CPE) whose proposed solution(s) and services meet the requirements specified in this RFP. The expectation is that the vendor(s) will deliver a hosted call handling platform that can deliver service to the State of Alabama or any geographical area therein. The CPE must include all existing capabilities, functions, components and ancillary services to Alabama’s PSAPs either directly or in collaboration with other systems, services, and providers in Alabama.
